A 500 calorie a day diet, is counter productive and dangerous. Your body will presume there is a famine on, and start storing fat, while it burns muscle. So your body fat % will go up, and your muscle tone will disappear. If you want to loos weight, eat fruit and veg. Anytime your hungary, have a piece. No hunger, no starvation, no malnutrition, just fitnes
