I need help deciding on a college. (Just asked this question, but made some changes)?

cleveland state is a completely different animal then those other schools. Its not nearly as academic as the other schools, and it's in an urban area. The college is part of the city and vice versa. You're going to get a similar experience at all those schools with the exception of cleveland state. I would say uw madison if you want a college town, Cleveland if you want a city and (you didnt mention it but it's a good school and you get in state tuition) UM twin cities if you want a mix of the two.
