Shaving Razor Problem?

I'm new to shaving, and the razor gets full of hair that wont come out. I'm not sure if it's the cause that my razor (bic soleil) isn't doing such a good job, or if it's just getting dull. I do use shaving gel. How do I get the hair out of it?
