What do i do i still think of him and cant move on.?

I was involved with a married man about 3.5 months ago. we dated , vistited, , nothing ually. but the kissing thing. He really wanted to be with me so he says, And i really fell hard for him.. And wanted nothing more tobe with him..After a seperation with the ex boyfriend of 18 yrs. He promised the world to me.. So after dating for 1.5 months i really wanted him to decide what he was going to do. so i gave him his space that he said he neded. likei said i havent heard from him for 3.5 months and i think of him all the time.. icant move on .. what do i do.. do i call him and if i do what do i say.. bye they way iam 37and he is 36and his wife is 46.
