Do i have to join NROTC in order for the Navy to pay for my education?

i would like to know whether or not i have to go to a college that participates in the NROTC program in order for the Navy to pay for my education. i plan on joining, but i am still picking out a college. i need to know whether i should limit myself to one with NROTC or not. please help me.
