Ways to Deal with "Depression"?

I have had the same thing for years now and i find getting out and walking is the best thing, as you don't have to talk to anyone and it is hard doing it as you don't feel like doing anything but believe me once your outside it takes your mind off of thing it is something you cant see and i only used to wish i had a cut to show people as they cannot understand how you feel good luck try the walking.
