Help!(pregnant???) can no mucus be a sign of pregnancy?

Well I have PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrom) iv had one baby and now im wondering something. I always have mucus around my period and its always been there. Well in the past three months theres been nothing and iv been on metformin this whole time and normally when im on metformin AF shows her face all the time. well i went in Dec cause we thought i was pregnant then and had them do a blood test( only found out i was pregnant with my son because of the blood test i was 3 month pregnant by then so i dont fool with the over the counter pt). so it came back my prog wa elevated and i went back for the 24 hour blood tet apt it was elevated but not high high and the 2nd test showed it had gone down so they sai di wasent.. well in the past couple weeks theres been no mucus and my have been hurting me i have even been geting nauses and well as a little tired. I dont know what to do I have an apt in march for my pap smear and i feel silly calling them and saying "hey i think i might really be pregnant" when i was there a month or two ago. but like i said can no mucus be a sign of pregnancy!!?
