What can go faster a honda crf 70 or an 07 yammaha ttr 90?

Im uming that the crf is the same year as the ttr? But the cfr would be faster, it is made for speed. For example, my R1 (1000cc) will kill a police harley (1800cc) in a race, even though the police bike is nearly twice the engine size, they are simply made for different things.
