Can anyone tell me the name of THIS video game?

This will probably be a hard question to answer unless someone is real familiar with this game, but there is a monster in a video game I've been looking for, and I remember the monster's name and what it looks like, but I don't remember the name of the game. I hope someone can tell me just by me describing this monster that you encounter. I remember seeing a screen shot of the monster, and the atmosphere was reddish, like a 'hell' level or something. The monster's name was SIN and it looked like (to the best of my memory) a skull head or face with no body, but I'd say anywhere from 5-7 legs surrounding it's head in a 'sunshine' pattern...it walked with the bottom two legs I'm sure of it, but the rest of the legs just surrounded it's head flailing about. The legs were either dark brown or black, and I'm not quite sure the colour of the skull face in the middle. But the monster's name is SIN and it looked like a 'hellish' level. I hope this is enough info to figure it out because it's been bugging me for literally a year or so!!
