What's the best way to clean & deodorize my tiny, windowless bathroom?

It's easier to trap smells since it's so small. Sorry if my question sounds gross. The Air Wick doesn't help cause I think the bad odor is coming from the toilet. How do I use baking soda to get rid of odor? Just a crazy idea..If I spray Glade into the tank of the toilet, would it make it smell like the Glade? How do I clean the white things[I think it's called grout] in between the tiles? They've been in contact with water alot so it's gone a bit yellow. I already used Kaboom and Soft Scrub but it doesn't work. Does baking soda really work?[how do i clean with it anyway?]
