okay so I read somewhere in the internet (yes the most reliably source there is) that when lifting weights to build up muscle rather than tone. To do as many sets of a certain weight on a certain group of muscles till you do 100 of those. i.e. if I can lift 60lbs on the biceps machine 15 times on the first set then 15 second 13 third.... until i have done 100 reps. would this work better or would I just end up waisting muscle through working out a particular group of muscles too much?
