Tips on walking in heels without looking stupid?

I was like that, I never used to wear heels, to learn to walk in them properly I would personally walk around in a small pair of heels, and just wear them round where ether you go. Then try walking in heels a little higher and go up and up until you can confidently wear them without falling or looking stupid.
