What is wrong with my two year old son? He tears out everything in the kitchen, food, cleaning matrials etc:?

My two year old will kick me and his sister and grandma, he spits at us and at other thing's, he screams to the top of his lungs, kicks and throws his toys and other thing's, hits the walls, heads the walls, floors, etc: spits drink all over the place, bites his 1 year old sister. And sometimes he will sneak up in the morning's before anyone else and tears out the whole refrigarator pouring everything out in the floor and i mean to the point you can't see the floor due to the mess, he dumps out sugar all over the counter tops and in the floor, and dishwashing liquid the same, he has been punished and disiplined each time this has happened and i am losing my mind, what can i do? what could be wrong with him? Sometimes thing's go beyound this and i don't know where else to turn or what else to do.
