Why is there a Miss Black Georgia but not a Miss White Georgie?

I was in Atlanta over the weekend, and in the park near the aquarium, she was singing on stage. She introduced herself as Ms. Black Georgia. I do not believe there is a Ms. White Georgia. If there is, I apologize for my ignorance. If not, why? That's racist. Reverse racism. And people are okay with that? If it was the other way around, there would be an uproar.
