What is the eligibility criteria for writing the UGC NET exam in Women's Studies?

Hi, I did my post graduation in History and am now doing my m.Phil in Gender Studies. I would like to know whether I can write the UGC NET in women's studies…considering I did my masters in history. I tried to find out on the UGC website but was unable to get a clear answer. Please advise.
