Offhand, I can't think of any interaction between the two. People taking ACE inhibitors for blood pressure have surgery involving anesthetics, including gas anesthetics, all the time, and there are no difficulties with it. Of course, if you are scheduled for surgery, you need to give the anesthesiologist or anesthetist a complete list of all your medications so they can be aware. Anesthesiologists really don't like surprises when they put people under. They'd really prefer that you come back out of the experience with your brain intact.

Well I have PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrom) iv had one baby and now im wondering something. I always have mucus around my period and its always been there. Well in the past three months theres been nothing and iv been on metformin this whole time and normally when im on metformin AF shows her face all the time. well i went in Dec cause we thought i was pregnant then and had them do a blood test( only found out i was pregnant with my son because of the blood test i was 3 month pregnant by then so i dont fool with the over the counter pt). so it came back my prog wa elevated and i went back for the 24 hour blood tet apt it was elevated but not high high and the 2nd test showed it had gone down so they sai di wasent.. well in the past couple weeks theres been no mucus and my have been hurting me i have even been geting nauses and well as a little tired. I dont know what to do I have an apt in march for my pap smear and i feel silly calling them and saying "hey i think i might really be pregnant" when i was there a month or two ago. but like i said can no mucus be a sign of pregnancy!!?

I used to be the same way, no one talked to me, i didn't have many friends and things were basically horrible. But I've found that if you have a common interest with people it is a lot easier to make friends and to get along with people. It can be anything as small as your taste in music. HSG is a Hysterosalpingogram which is an X-ray type of test to detect problems in the uterus and fallopian tubes, and it is used for fertility testing . PCOS has to do with cysts on your ovaries. Im not exactly sure but i would say you cannot diagnose PCOS with a HSG test. You really need to ask your Dr this question.

My dog has mixed feelings about fireworks?

My dog has a fit every time she hears a firework. She will wag her tail like she is happy. She will whine and shake like she is scared. She will bark very loud like she is trying to warn someone about something. She will growl like she is angry. And lastly, she will pant like she is hot. She will be doing all of this stuff when she hears firecrackers, especially the screaming kind. One time, we had her out on a leash while we were lighting some. We had lit one of those display fountain firecrackers. She accually broke off the leash and attemped to attack the firecracker while is was working! Now of course we keep her inside when we light them. If kids use sparklers near her, she will growl at the sparkler. If you bring it down to her level, she will snap at it. It's kind of scary in a way. Why does she feel like she has to do this when she hears them or sees them? I mean I'll be playing a game that has them as a sound effect and she'll have a fit. No you would not be theoretically qualilifed for CMA (certified medical istant) you would be over qualifiled and underpaid, Pharmacy Tech no you wont be qualified because you are only qualified to be a nurse with a 4 year degree. You can be a LPN/LVN and take more cles to become a RN but if you are already enrolled in a 4 year program then that is a waste of time. Biology and Chemistry you need to take both usually they are both equally important but at my school we take biology then 2 semesters of anatomy then microbiology and then we take nursing cles. You need to speak to your school and ask them which cles you need for nursing. mini lops are fairly small and are ususlly nice, although each has his own personality. Im in 4-H and I always have used mini lops for showmanship because they are well behaved on the table and calm. I breed them too. If you want a small rabbit with stick-up ears, not lop-ears, try a mini rex. The fur is different, so you have to take special notice to their fur when grooming and petting them. Its soooo soft:) I used to have the sweetest mini rex ever:)

cleveland state is a completely different animal then those other schools. Its not nearly as academic as the other schools, and it's in an urban area. The college is part of the city and vice versa. You're going to get a similar experience at all those schools with the exception of cleveland state. I would say uw madison if you want a college town, Cleveland if you want a city and (you didnt mention it but it's a good school and you get in state tuition) UM twin cities if you want a mix of the two.

I'm CONSTANTLY sick & antibiotics NEVER seem to help. What's wrong with me?

I am ALWAYS sick. I would say a good 20 (if not more) of 30 days of each month consist of me being sick. Sometimes, its a headache. Sometimes, its a sore throat. Sometimes, with stomach pain. Sometimes, its a mix. I'm ALWAYS going to the Dr to get antibiotics. I will usually feel better for a day or so, then feel worse again. Most of the time, the Dr. doesn't know what's wrong and he basically just UMES its what I suggest. Strep throat, sinus infection, etc. A couple years ago, I had 5 sinus infections in 6 months. Not fun. I also don't poop regularly. For me, its normal it poop about once every 5-6 days. That is normal. Has been for as long as I can remember. I am 21 right now. My mom said she use to make me eat about 40 prunes a day when I was young just so I could poop about once a day. Now, I have to eat like almost a whole box of Raisin Bran and that Activia Yougurt to even get close to going that much. It's not that I can't go, I just don't have to. I am also like always tired and out of energy. I came across something called "candida albicans" today and it got me thinking. Maybe I have a yeast of some sort growing in my body that is making me ill ALL THE TIME and maybe when I take the antibiotics, it makes it worse. Has anyone heard of this or does anyone have similar symptoms and could give me some advice on how to make me better? Thanks.

This will probably be a hard question to answer unless someone is real familiar with this game, but there is a monster in a video game I've been looking for, and I remember the monster's name and what it looks like, but I don't remember the name of the game. I hope someone can tell me just by me describing this monster that you encounter. I remember seeing a screen shot of the monster, and the atmosphere was reddish, like a 'hell' level or something. My room is so packed, what should I do?

Maybe your step dad would allow you to put some up high shelves around the room and even over the window. That way you can put lots of stuff up out of the way and you can have more walking space on the floor. You can also add a few shelves up above the one that your clothes hang on in your closet too. I did that in all my bedrooms and it really made a difference. In one room I put shelves on the one side of the closet all the way up and then put two hanging rods one above the other on the other side. That is also good. Plus you can get some large flat plastic boxes with lids in Walmart and put anything in them and slide them under your bed as well. That should clean out and organize lots of stuff. They also have those 3 drawer and 5/6 drawer plastic dressers too there and other stores as well and they come in handy for storing all kinds of thing. I put all my supplies in them and stack one above the other. I have about 20 of them now full of all kinds of stuff. I just leave the wheels off the top set of drawers and stack them on the bottom one. Hope that helps. If you have a garage I would ask your stepdad if he would please move that cabinet to the garage so you can have some room. Tell him that its really very crouded in there and you do need more space in that cramped area. Maybe he would do that.

Going crazy with DD poor napping!!!!?

OK. We have a 10 month old DD who has never really been a great day time napper though she does sleep wonderfully at night 95% of the time. But she is driving me crazy recently because of her lack of day time sleep. She "takes" 2 naps a day supposedly, one morning one afternoon and bed time is around 6:30-7:30pm. She will usually sleep till 6-6:30am with no mid-night wake ups. I know I should be grateful that she sleeps so well at night and I am. The problem is that she will take really short naps if she takes one at all. And she just gets crankier and whiner the more she is awake. I just don't know what to do anymore. I have tried letting her cry it out, I've tried extended her awake time before her morning nap, I 've tried shortening her awake time before her naps. Please if anyone has any answers to this problem please fill me in.

The problem is that instead of using transport taxes to fund all the infrastructure they only fund the roads and keep 90% of the tax to squander on the EU and other things that the electorate do not want. At present the rail companies have to fund maintenence of the rails from the fares the level of maintenence has to be much higher, by law, than the government requires for roads thus the difference. Also during the 60's Beeching removed most of the secondary lines so that you now have to travel a longer distance to go between places, just think what would happen is all secondary roads were removed and you had to use motorways and major arterial roads you would have the same problem that the railways have. Also remember that public transport has to stop to pick up others and that will increase the journey times, I would think that if you added up the time during which you were actually moving it would not be much different.

My guinea pig lost a tooth?

He lost his front left tooth. It's not completely gone, there's still at least a good 1/3 of it there. Its not jagged and he's not in pain. His tooth was there last night. I gave him a carrot this morning and i noticed he couldn't take it so I checked his mouth and the tooth was gone. He's not malnourished I give him 2 carrots and 2 blueberries everyday. You need to find an adaptor to change the size down from 32mm to 25mm, which is the standard garden type water pipe and related fittings. You may well need to look at industrial pipe fittings to get something to fit as 32mm is not a domestic size other than for waste pipes which of course are not suitable for pressure applications.
